Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025. These terms govern your use of KreatOS and form a binding agreement between you and 2Haas Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KreatOS in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

KreatOS is a content scheduling and management platform for creators and their teams. We provide tools to compose, schedule, and publish content across connected social media accounts.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@2haas.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KreatOS to post illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property, engage in spam or deceptive practices, or attempt to interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

5. Connected Accounts

When you connect a social media account, you authorize KreatOS to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of each connected platform.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you create and publish through KreatOS remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to operate the service. We claim no ownership over your work.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your content will be removed from our servers within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

KreatOS is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
